i think the more important to me is personality because you can know if their happy, sad or disappointment for some reason and you can know if their really wanna know that they are and they can express whta thier feelings and they can express what they want and for example you can tell them think about a sad moment in your life and happy moment in your life or disappoinment moment in your life and we take a shot on it and or tell them a sad, happy stories or make them tell their stories and we can take a shot wen he/she telling her/his stories.
